Titus 3:3-5

3 For we also once were foolish, disobedient, deluded, enslaved to various desires and pleasures, spending our lives in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another.

4 But when the kindness of God our Savior
    and His love for mankind appeared—
5 not by deeds of righteousness
    which we had done ourselves,
but because of His mercy—
    He saved us through the mikveh of
    rebirth
and renewing of the Ruach ha-Kodesh,
